When will kits be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives in 2-3 business days after it has been sent. We also offer local order pick-up from our home office in Brea, California (contact us for an invoice).
What methods of payment do you accept?
All orders are processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts Debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Gogo Girl Scrapbooking operates out of the state of California and we are required to collect 8.75% sales tax for all orders shipped within California.
How much will shipping and handling cost me?
Shipping costs are determined by weight.
What if my kit is missing something?
We package many kits on a monthly basis and although we try very hard not to miss anything, it may happen on occasion. Please check your kit as soon as it arrives and if you are missing something, email us at info@gogogirlscrapbooking.com. We will make every effort to replace the missing item.
What if my kit is damaged in shipping?
We take great pride in carefully packaging your kit. However, occasionally a package is damaged in shipping. If your kit has been damaged please email us at info@gogogirlscrapbooking.com and arrangements will be made to return the damaged kit and replace it with a new one. If the kit is no longer available, we will refund your purchase.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your products or transaction.
May I ship my kit to someone else?
Yes, you may ship your kit to someone else. If you would like to do this, please note that in the memo space during check out.
What about overseas shipping?
We do ship overseas and are more than happy to do so. Please contact us for a quote. |
